The Six County Association of Governments (SCAOG) is accepting applications for a full-time Mutual Self-Help Construction Supervisor.

This position requires extensive knowledge of building new construction homes and the ability to teach construction skills to program participants.

Successful applicants will be skilled in problem-solving, organization, time management, budgeting, and project management.

Applicants must be able to operate hand and power tools, read and understand blueprints, and have knowledge of current construction codes.

This position will require evening and weekend work hours.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, four (4) years of experience in new home construction, and a current driver’s license. A general contractors license (B100) is preferred, but not required.

The starting wage will be $20 to $22 per hour and includes a full benefits package. The benefits package includes health and dental insurance, 401k, state retirement, and paid time off.
